Staples & bound documents take extra handling — stapled sets need to be opened before scanning, and bound or spiral documents (ledgers, comb-bound reports, books) can't go through our fast scanner and must be scanned page-by-page. If your order includes either, tick the box above for a flat 15% handling surcharge on the bin price — no need to count sets or pages.

We deliver your empty PaperRunner bin, you fill it at your own pace, we collect, digitize, and return everything with your digital files — pre-sorted into organized folders, not one giant PDF. Original documents are always returned unless you request secure shredding. Every job ends with a signed confirmation of what was digitized and securely deleted. Standard turnaround is 3 business days from collection.
